Hello All,

  I am opening with a statement that must be heard !!!! If you are a GSC or a supervisor or just an agent doing the great job, that you all are doing, you must pay attention to the no fly person you are working with.

  We have lost at least FOUR Agents that made simple mistakes [date of birth or page no.] and the company has FIRED them. The company did not even take the time to train all the people. They put a few posters on the lunch table and hid a message in your I learning summaries and called that training.

  Make no mistake they do not care !!!! THESES AGENTS HAD BIG SENIORITY AND GOOD RECORD NO PROBLEMS but THEY STILL fired them !!!!!

  The weather has been out of control. We have had almost more CXLD flts that we have operated. Look at LGA and DCA record snow. Now the rain.

  We should have all received a four percent raise the first pf January !!! More to come the next few years !!!

  Remember the company wants you to burn yourself with sick and late. They are unforgiving The want to rotate the employees as often as they can to keep their payroll down !!! We have not signed on with this new ACP .We do not think the managers discursion is working. Most manager would just love to lessen their budgets and look good in the companies eyes. If you do not think so look at the turnover in BTV. Worst in the system. We have had some major furloughs in the last months. Nothing has been totally discussed in LGA. Many thing are still up in the air. The company is still talking to the DOT and trying to cut a deal.

  We hope all is well with You and Yours !!! Remember we are ALL THE Union we have to watch each others back . There is no rime or reason. They have forgotten we gave much to save this company and are still giving So stay SAFE and I will be talking or writing again soon !!!
