Welcome 1171 Members. The presidents of all the locals meet
each month to discuss different topics. This is done so that we are aware
of how each local may be affected on certain issues. If you have a concern
or question surrounding an issue, please feel free to use this site to
contact your local. It is our hope we can use this Internet web technology
to further enhance our ability to communicate.

Election ballots have been mailed. They will be counted on November 17,
2011. Those running for a position are invited to observer the counting of
ballots . All the ballots must be post marked by November 10, 2011 to be
counted.

Employees to Choose Holiday Options
Holiday Option 1 (holiday pay in lieu of holiday vacation) is being
reinstated for CWA-IBT represented employees. Employees have a one time
opportunity to select either Holiday Option I or Holiday Option II. The
option selected will be effective for calendar year 2012 and for all
subsequent years until a new collective bargaining agreement is effective.
Holiday Option Selection Process
The holiday option selection process will be conducted via a form that
will be available on Wings. An explanation of Holiday Option I and Holiday
Option II will be provided on Wings for you to read before you make your
selection.
The default option is Holiday Option 1. Employees who do not complete the
Wings selection form during the selection period. will be Holiday Option I
for calendar year 2012 and all subsequent years until a new collective
bargaining agreement is effective.
Holiday Option Selection Period
The holiday option selection period will run from 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday,
September 7, 2011, through 11:59 p.m on Sunday, October 2, 2011 (all times
are PHX time).
Eligibility
Active Airport Customer Service employees who are eligible to participate
in the election process include the following employees: customer service
supervisors, customer service agents, customer assistance representatives,
and club representatives. Inactive employees (on leave of absence or
furlough) will not participate in the Wings selection process, they will
complete a manual selection form.
How To Access The Selection Form on Wings
Elections may only be made using the Holiday Option Selection Form on
Wings. Once on the Wings homepage, select WORKGROUPS > AIRPORT
CUSTOMER SERVICE > ACS DRS. There, you will find a link to the
Holiday Option Selection Form.
